By accessing or using Predexon's API services, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

Predexon provides a unified API for accessing prediction market data across multiple platforms. Our Services include API access, data aggregation, and related developer tools.

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
• Exceed your authorized API rate limits

API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your subscription plan. Historical data endpoints are provided with unlimited usage across all plans and are exempt from monthly request quotas. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage exceeds reasonable limits or violates these terms.

Certain Services require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

The Services and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Predexon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA PROVIDED THROUGH OUR API. PREDICTION MARKET DATA IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED FINANCIAL ADVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREDEXON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
